Five European nations - France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Denmark - have been ranked among the 'world's best countries' in a recent survey.

The survey, conducted by U.S. News & World Report, ranked 85 countries based on 76 metrics across 10 categories including quality of life, economic stability, and political stability.

Switzerland topped the list for the second year in a row, followed by Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

The survey found that these countries offer high levels of quality of life, characterized by strong social welfare systems, universal healthcare, and low crime rates.

They also have strong economies with low unemployment rates and high levels of innovation.

The survey also found that these countries are politically stable with strong democratic institutions and respect for human rights.
